Summary 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Finance Senior Manager to lead the implementation, optimization, and support of SAP Finance (FI/CO) modules. This role will serve as a strategic partner between Finance and Digital, ensuring that SAP solutions align with business goals and deliver value across financial operations. The SAP Finance Senior Manager will ensure SAP solutions support the unique needs of a manufacturing environment, including cost accounting, inventory valuation, and production-related financial processes.

Typically reports to: 

 

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSAP System Management:Lead the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP FI/CO modules.

  • Manage integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP) and external systems.
  • Oversee system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.

    • Project Leadership:Drive SAP Finance-related projects including rollouts, migrations, and process improvements.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Production, and Procurement.
  • Manage external consultants and vendors as needed.

    • Business Process Optimization:Analyze current financial processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.

  • Implement best practices in financial reporting, controlling, and compliance.

    • Manufacturing Finance Operations:

    • Collaborate with plant controllers and operations teams to align SAP functionality with shop floor realities.
    • Ensure accurate cost center accounting and product costing for manufacturing lines.

    Stakeholder Engagement:Act as the primary liaison between Finance, Digital, and other business units.

  • Provide training and support to end-users and ensure high adoption of SAP tools.

    • Compliance & Controls:Ensure SAP systems support internal controls and regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, IFRS).

  • Maintain documentation and audit trails for all SAP Finance processes.

    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

    7+ years of experience in SAP FI/CO with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in a global enterprise environment.

     

     

    Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation.
    • Proven track record of leading SAP projects and managing cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • SAP certification is a plus.

     

     

    Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • Knowledge of SAP Fiori, BPC, and Treasury modules.
    • Experience in global SAP implementations.
    • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Key Skills:
